By using the U2 Wallet platform, including the official website (read more about us), the the mobile app, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You need to be at least 18, a Malaysian resident, and able to enter a legal agreement to create a the service account. When you register (see how it works), you confirm that the information you gave is accurate and current.
Keep your the login credentials private. Tell the platform straight away if you spot unauthorised access to your account. we are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use. Review the Security Centre for protection details of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
The the e-wallet offers domestic MYR transfers, supported currencies (MYR, USD, SGD, USDT, CNY) via the platform, bill payments, virtual card services, and QR merchant payments. Services may change or stop at our discretion.
MYR transfers between the service accounts are free. Currency conversion, international transfers, and some premium features carry fees. You see all fees before confirming a transaction. Personal data is handled per our privacy policy and fees are non-refundable after processing.
You agree not to use the the e-wallet Service for any unlawful purpose, for money laundering or terrorist financing (see our AML policy), to conduct fraudulent transactions, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
Content, trademarks, logos, and IP tied to the platform and version 2 belong to us and our licensors. Do not reproduce, distribute, or make derivative works without written permission.
During the beta phase, the platform provides the Service "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Service.
We can update these Terms at any time. Changes go on this page with a new date. Using the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Malaysian law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the courts of Malaysia.
